What to expect:

Each workshop invites the body, mind and spirit to arrive at their own pace and truly choose their own adventure. Through the sound, music, invitation and meditation Miriam offers, you can expect to be as comfortable as you wish, in the position that suits you, and that supports your optimal experience on your journey. Miriam weaves sound and silence, melody, liturgy, and improvisation with the the crystal singing bowls to create textured sonic fabrics against which your whole system can, if it is willing, to release and relax. The specific themes and physical environment vary by event.
