What to expect:

Each workshop invites the body, mind and spirit/soul/the part of you that is a fractal of God/call it what you want to arrive at their own pace, and to truly choose their own adventure. Through the sound, music, invitation and meditation Miriam offers, you can expect to be as comfortable as your wish, in the position that suits you, and that supports you have the optimal experience on your journey. Miriam weaves sound and silence, melody, liturgy, and improvisation with the frequencies of the crystal singing bowls to create textured sonic fabrics against wish the whole system can release and relax. The specific themes and physical environment vary by event.
